I am an artisan vinegar maker creating premium Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar in the traditional French Orleans method. The vinegar takes up to a year to create in small French Oak barrels. The wine is made without any additives and then slowly converted to vinegar preserving the taste and bouquet of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Made in small batches, the vinegar is hand bottled without any industrial methods and is unfiltered, unpasteurized and totally natural. We sell directly and through our brokers to high end restaurants and lodges throughout BC and Alberta as well as retail stores such as the Calgary Co-op.
