Established in 2018, Honey Onyx Apiary is a family-owned bee farm with over 1,000 beehives in BC's Okanagan and Peace River Valleys. We produce liquid, raw, and infused honeys, including our signature Fireweed honey, as well as honeycomb, beeswax candles, bee pollen, and propolis. Our mission is to care for our bees, support sustainable practices, and offer the purest honey. Every jar of Honey Onyx is crafted with love and dedication.

Liquid - Unpasteurized. Pure Liquid Honey mildly heated and filtered to stay liquid longer. Made by gently heating and filtering our Clover Honey, harvested near Dawson Creek, BC. With its light colour and mild, delicate taste, this honey is a customer favourite for: baking and cooking, sweetening tea or coffee, making salad dressings or infusing with garlic or culinary use. Available in 500g & 1 kg glass jar and 3 kg plastic pail.
